For US companies entering Europe

Win EMEA deals without hiring a European team first.

Pre-sales engineering, solution architecture and post-sale continuity from Málaga — in your buyer's language and timezone. Behind it: about twenty years of enterprise workshops, PoCs and first-deal work on both sides of the Atlantic.

What you get

A European deal team for named opportunities: discovery, architecture, evidence, continuity

What it costs

Fit call free; readiness plan and delivery quoted per opportunity

How long it takes

Spain evenings overlap the full US East Coast morning — same-week starts are normal

Who delivers

A technical lead with ~20 years of enterprise pre-sales, on Zoom, in EN · ES · FR

Yerbabuena Digital acts as a European operating partner for US tech companies entering EMEA: buyer-facing discovery in English, Spanish or French, solution architecture, evidence packs and fractional post-sale continuity. The fit call is free; work is quoted per named opportunity, from Málaga, with evening hours overlapping the US East Coast morning.

By Friday of week 1: the readiness memo for your first named EU account, the architecture gaps list, and the first buyer session designed — ready to forward to your deal team.

A deal team on the European side of the water — before you can justify hiring one.

What you get at each stage

Every stage ends in something your deal team can forward: a memo, a session, a pack, a plan.

Readiness

ICP and packaging read for Europe, language and data-residency reality check, and — when customer-facing AI is in scope — where EU AI Act Article 50 transparency duties actually bite (in force since August 2026; the high-risk tiers arrive 2027–2028, not tomorrow). Artifact: a readiness memo your CEO can read on one flight.

Buyer discovery

We run or co-run prospect and customer sessions in the buyer's language, with a technical architect in the room — not a translator with a script. Notes land in your CRM the same day. Artifact: session design, live delivery, and a debrief with next technical steps.

Architecture & evidence

Reference architectures the buyer's platform team can challenge, SOW skeletons for PS-shaped deals, security-questionnaire answers that don't start from zero, and human-approval design where agents touch customers. Artifact: the evidence pack that unblocks procurement.

Continuity

After signature: fractional European presence, office hours in the buyer's timezone, implementation oversight — so US HQ isn't the only escalation path at 6am Pacific. Artifact: a continuity plan with named coverage hours.

In scope / Out of scope

In scopeBuyer-facing discovery in EN/ES/FR, solution architecture, evidence packs for security and procurement, PS blueprints, fractional post-sale continuity, readiness memos
Out of scopeActing as your legal entity or employer of record, reselling your product, replacing your AE, 24/7 support, anything that needs a local subsidiary we don't have

Who this is for

Founders & revenue leaders

Europe is on the board slide but not in the pipeline. You need credible first conversations in the buyer's language, this quarter.

Solutions & field architecture

Deals stall in security review and procurement. You need architecture and evidence that European enterprises accept — without flying your one SA over every time.

Professional-services leaders

You sell implementation with the product. You need scoped blueprints and someone who has actually run EU workshops, not another slideware partner.

Four shared hours, every single day. That's more than most internal teams get.

Risks we name before you sign

  1. We're a boutique, not a local subsidiary — entity, contracting and employer-of-record questions are scoped case by case with your counsel, not assumed.
  2. One vendor per competitive category at a time, NDA before the readiness plan; if your deal touches a competitor we already serve, we say so before the fit call, not after.
  3. Continuity is fractional, not a hired EU team — if your deal volume grows past what fractional covers, we'll tell you when to hire, even if it costs us the retainer.

What you keep if we stop after week 1

If we part ways after week 1, you keep: the readiness memo, the architecture gaps list, and the session designs. You owe nothing further, and we keep your deal data confidential for the agreed term.

This motion exists because we've sat on your side of the table: running enterprise workshops and PoCs for about twenty years — Oracle Iberia; first sales-engineering hire at Promethium; buyer-facing architecture at Quantexa and Waterline Data; ~7 years operating in Silicon Valley — and now from Málaga, in the buyer's language.

Yerbabuena Digital grew out of Yerbabuena Software, a University of Málaga spin-off from 2005 — a separate company, same family, same town. Our technical lead, Antonio de las Nieves Stoner, has spent about twenty years running enterprise workshops, PoCs and first deployments — including Oracle Iberia, the first sales-engineering hire at Promethium, and buyer-facing architecture at Quantexa and Waterline Data, with around seven years operating in Silicon Valley. That is career history, not a Yerbabuena Digital client list — we keep those separate on purpose.

How this page was made: drafted by an agent from the spec, reviewed by a senior engineer, copy-edited in English, Spanish and French, and shipped through the same approval queue we sell — a person pressed send. The full wiring is in our colophon

How we engage

Fit call

Free

30 minutes on Zoom with the technical lead. Stage, first EU accounts, architecture gaps — and whether we're the right partner. If not, we say so and suggest who might be.

Readiness plan

Quoted

Target accounts, evidence gaps, session designs and the next architecture step, in writing.

Delivery & continuity

Quoted per opportunity

Discovery sessions, evidence packs, PS blueprints, fractional presence — scoped to named deals, not to a retainer clock.

Exit / offboarding

To end the engagement: the readiness memo, evidence packs and continuity plan are yours. We hand the relationship back to your team with a named contact for follow-up. Your deal data never trained anything and is deleted on the agreed date.

First conversation — bring this

  • The three EU deals that matter this quarter (names or descriptions).
  • Your ICP slide, if it exists.
  • The last security questionnaire you couldn't finish from scratch.
  • The one European objection that keeps killing your deals.

Questions US teams ask us

Are you a reseller or an EU legal entity we contract through?

Neither pretense. We're a boutique consultancy operating under a clear SOW as your European delivery and market-entry partner. See the risks we name, below.

Do you only work on AI products?

Our deepest bench is AI, data platforms and cloud — the stack behind most of today's EMEA enterprise deals. If your product lives elsewhere and the fit is weak, we say so on the fit call.

Who exactly shows up on our calls?

Bárbara Trujillo is the founder and your client lead. The technical calls are taken by Antonio de las Nieves Stoner, our technical lead — Claude Certified Architect and OCI Architect Professional, verifiable on About — on Zoom, in English, Spanish or French.

Can you cover US East Coast hours?

Yes — Spain evenings cover the full East Coast morning (see the overlap bar above). Scheduled calls to 1pm ET are routine; written architecture work continues in European daytime, so you wake up to progress.

How do you handle confidentiality across competing vendors?

One vendor per competitive category at a time, NDA before the readiness plan, and your deal data never trains anything. It's a small studio; conflicts are declared, not discovered.

How fast can you join a live deal?

If the fit call confirms it, we can be in your next buyer session the same week — discovery support first, the written architecture follows.

What does the EU AI Act mean for our launch?

For most US vendors today it means Article 50 transparency duties on customer-facing AI (in force since 2 August 2026) — disclosure, labeling, documentation. High-risk obligations arrive later (Annex III in December 2027, embedded Annex I products in August 2028). We map which — if any — touch your product in the readiness memo, without theater.

Your next European conversation, prepared properly.

Tell us the three EU deals that matter this quarter. The fit call is free and technical, on Zoom, in your buyer's language if you want.
