Web & eCommerce — published prices

A website that answers — at a fixed price.

Three packages, published prices, a deadline in writing. Every one includes an agent that drafts replies to your customers — and nothing sends until you approve it.

Who delivers

Built in Vélez-Málaga; Bárbara Trujillo leads your project end to end

Yerbabuena Digital builds fixed-price trilingual websites for Southern European SMEs: Presencia €3,450, Reservas/Tienda €5,450, Operador €7,950, with Care from €149/month. Agents draft every customer reply; you approve before anything sends.

By Friday of week 1: a live preview link you can click, your copy on the first three pages, and the agent drafted against two real questions from your inbox.

How every package answers

The agent drafts. A person sends. Every time.

Nothing leaves without a person. The form stops being a brochure and becomes a front door.

Packages

Three packages. Pick your floor.

Each package contains everything below it. The written scope fixes the number: if your project needs more, you see it in the quote, never on the invoice. Prices exclude VAT.

Fixed price. Fixed scope. No surprises.

Pick a floor, not a maze.

Operator is the advanced web package: one real workflow on your site (the agent drafts; a person sends). It is not a separate product family.

Every client site includes a discreet footer credit: Yerbabuena Digital · Vélez-Málaga, with a link back to this studio.

In scope / Out of scope

In scopeThe site, the inquiry/booking/order agent, the approval queue, hosting setup, domain, training, handoff docs
Out of scopePhotography, long-form copywriting beyond agreed pages, ad campaigns, paid media, third-party fees (domain, hosting, gateway)

How it works

Four steps. Clear ownership at every stage.

You keep brand, content and approvals. We ship the site and the agent that keeps enquiries moving.

Brief

One call or a short form: business, pages, languages, bookings or shop.

You get: A written scope with the fixed price and the calendar.

Build

Design and build inside the package scope, drafts shared as we go.

You get: A live preview link from week one.

Agent

We tune the agent to your tone and rules, then rehearse with real questions.

You get: An email approval queue — one tap to send.

Handoff

Code, content, domain and agent settings are yours.

You get: Documentation, training, and a documented path from Care to self-hosting.

Ongoing

Care — keep the site and agent healthy

Care starts with every package at launch: hosting, security patches, agent-queue review and small content changes. It is billed monthly and can be cancelled after handoff — the documentation means you're never locked in.

Risks we name before you sign

  1. The agent drifts if your tone rules aren't reviewed in the first two weeks — we schedule that review, not you.
  2. Custom photography is not in the package; we'll quote it or you supply it.
  3. If your payment gateway has a long onboarding, it can push the launch date — we surface that in week 1, not week 4.

What you keep if we stop after week 1

If we part ways after week 1, you keep: the written scope, the preview build, and the agent configuration. You owe nothing further.

Exit / offboarding

To leave Care: cancel by email, any month. You keep the site, the domain, the agent config and the handoff docs. We stop billing at the end of that month.

First conversation — bring this

  • Three pages you want live first.
  • Two real customer questions the agent must draft well.
  • Your logo and brand colors, or permission to keep it plain.
  • The languages you need at launch.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does each package take?

Presencia 21–30 days, Reservas/Tienda 35–45, Operador 45–60 — counted from brief sign-off, assuming timely feedback on drafts. The calendar is in your written scope.

Who owns the code, content and domain?

You do. We hand over the repository or an export, CMS access if there is one, domain control and the agent configuration. You can leave Care and keep everything.

What does the agent actually do — and not do?

It reads inquiries, bookings or orders and writes a draft reply in your tone, in the customer's language. It never sends on its own: a person approves every outgoing message. It also never invents prices or availability — it works from the facts you give it.

What does hosting cost without Care?

We set hosting up in your name; you pay the provider directly — typically a few euros to a few tens per month, plus gateway fees if you sell online.

Can the site be in several languages?

Yes — the public site can be up to three languages (ES/EN/FR) from Presencia. Start with one and add later without rebuilding. The agent drafts in the customer's language either way, including German guests — Hotel Azahar shows that in the demo.

What if Kit Digital reopens?

If a round opens and you're eligible, we tell you and help with the paperwork. We don't currently present ourselves as a registered digitalization agent — that comes when the billing history supports it.

What isn't included in the price?

Photography, long-form copywriting beyond the agreed pages, ad campaigns, and third-party fees (domain, hosting, payment gateway). Anything extra is quoted before we do it — never after.

How much does a website for a small hotel in the Axarquía cost?

For a small hotel in the Axarquía, Presence is €3,450: the lodging pages and an agent that drafts each inquiry. Bookings is €5,450 when you also need a basic calendar or inventory and payment. In both packages the agent drafts and a person sends; nothing goes out on its own. Ask for the one that fits at /en/contact/#web-quote.
