LLM
A large language model (LLM) predicts text tokens from context. Operators use LLMs inside workflows — triage, drafts, extraction — not as the whole product. Capability varies by model family and size; cost and data residency vary by how and where you run them.
Why it matters to your operation
An LLM is a component. Your operating layer decides when to call it, with which data, and at what cost.
